RETURN & REFUND POLICY

NON-RETURNABLE & RETURNABLE ITEMS:
To maintain strict hygiene of our products, we do not accept returns on Innerwears. However, we do accept returns on all outerwear.
(Innerwears: Briefs, Panties, Vests, Underwears, Bras, Lingerie sets, Socks, Camisoles, Stockings, Thermals, Shapewears, Towels, and Boxers or any other products falling under our Innerwear Category).
Clearance sales and Promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

RETURN CRITERIA:
The product must be purchased only from www.tiptopfashion.in and not from other retailers be it offline or online.
Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSEDUNWASHEDUN-ALTEREDUN-IRONED, and in the same condition that you received it.
There should be no STAINSMARKSSTITCHES, or HOLES in the product caused by the customer.
Items also are in the SELLABLE condition, all TAGS and the ORIGINAL PACKAGING should remain intact and should be sent along with the product.
ORIGINAL PURCHASE INVOICE shall be returned with the products.

Kindly note that during a promotion, specific rules will apply for returning a promotional product. We do not accept returns on consumer promotion/freebies if the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product or wrong size we may ask for a digital picture of the same to review, after that, we will accept your return. Please note that the return request should be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery

Please note that we do not accept the return of any product which is not purchased from www.tiptopfashion.in. We do not take any responsibility for any such product sent to us.

DAMAGE OF EXTERNAL PACKAGING:
Be extra alert when accepting parcels from courier, If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items and quantity with the invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after adding a suitable remark on the delivery sheet and raise a complaint with us immediately. Also lodge a proper complaint to the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.

In such an event, kindly intimate us with the details of your order. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we will cancel the order.

In the case of Pre-paid (Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card) order, we will refund the money in your banking account.
In the case of the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order, we will cancel the order without any refund.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION OR WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED:

A. Return via TipTop Fashion
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, or is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it, with its original packaging along with original tags and invoice for refund, within 10 days from the date of delivery.

In such an event, kindly retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at +917001726533. We will give you instructions on how to handle this scenario. We will help you with the refund of your money and give you a confirmation to proceed with the refund process.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from our team for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, we do not guarantee any credit or refund.

Once the Quality Check Team has received the returned goods, the team shall examine the returned products for all defects/variations, based on the customer’s claim. Upon confirmation from our Quality Check Team that the return is accepted, we shall refund the money subject to fulfillment of return conditions. We shall send you an email and/or SMS regarding return acceptance or return rejection.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error/defect/damage/delay has occurred due to the customer, then the customer will not be entitled to any fresh piece of Product or Refund and the same product as purchased by the customer will be returned to the customer.

B. Return through Self-Shipment:
We provide a Reverse pickup option depending on the area/pin code and the charges for collecting the same will be borne by us. In the case where the reverse pickup is not possible, the customer is requested to return the product in original packaging, tags, unused to TipTop Fashion by courier. You need to send the return at the below-mentioned address:

Once the Quality Check team has received the returned goods, the team shall examine the returned products for all defects/variations, based on the customer’s claim. Upon confirmation from our Quality Assurance Team that the refund is accepted, we shall refund the money subject to fulfillment of Return conditions. In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error/defect/damage/delay has occurred due to the customer, then the customer will not be entitled to any fresh piece of Product or Refund and the same product as purchased by the customer will be returned to the customer.

OUR OBLIGATIONS:
Post receipt of the returned Products, our Quality Check team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate a refund for your transaction. If however the return is not approved as an eligible return, we will courier the same Products back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 7 to 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you.

Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled to any cash refunds as per our policy. The return will only be made in the form of a credit to your Bank account. Concerning the products returned by you, the decision taken by our Quality Check Team shall be final and binding.

REFUNDS:
We may provide Refunds in the event of:
(1). Cancellation by Customer of tiptop fashion, before the shipment of the products, ordered/purchased.
(2). Return of one or more products purchased by the Customer, subject to eligibility for Return.

The refund in the above scenarios will be as per the manner set out hereunder:

a) Refunds for Pre-paid Orders:
If you have paid using a credit card, a refund will be credited to your credit card account, (Will be reflected in the next statement) within 5 to 7 working days. If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 9 working days. The actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues.

b) Refunds for Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Orders:
In case the customer has returned one or more products purchased using the COD payment method, the customer has to provide below Bank Account details for a refund:

1. Bank Account number
2. Account-holders name
3. Bank branch
4. Bank name
5. IFSC Code
6. Order ID or Purchase Invoice Number

The amount will be refunded in the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer within 3 to 5 working days. We do not provide any cash/cheque/DD refund.
Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled to any refund.

c) Refund Timelines
We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of the product at our warehouse. We will keep you informed via email on the refund status. Kindly note that refund to the customer’s bank or credit card account is subject to estimated processing timelines by banks as indicated hereunder.

Credit Card reverse credit within 5 to 7 Banking Days.
Debit Card reverse credit in Bank Account 7 to 9 Banking Days.
Net Banking reverse credit in Bank Account 7 to 9 Banking Days.
COD Bank Transfer within 3 to 5 Banking Days

THE CUSTOMER SHOULD TAKE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

At any point in time, the refunds will not exceed the actual amount of the purchase invoice.

If refunds are requested before shipping the product, you will receive 96% of the paid amount, as the amount gets deducted from PayUMoney for their services which are not refundable to us.

We replace items if the customer wants. You can switch to any product available in our store for an exchange or replacement. For replacements, customers have to bear the return shipping charges, and the same also at the time of receiving products back.

Once dispatching the order, if the order/product will return because of incomplete address/wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.
We will not refund any additional charges, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.
