SHIPPING POLICY

At TipTop Fashion, items sold by us on our platform attract shipping charges, but we are happy to announce that all shippings are free on orders above Rs.999 including all taxes.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us.

Below are some more shipping related points:

Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 1 to 2 working days of the order date. However, in some cases, it may take longer, up to 5 working days or more, to ship the order as the product may have to procure where there is a heavy demand.

TipTop Fashion ship-out orders on all weekdays, including public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and good condition, TipTop Fashion will only make shipments through reputed courier agencies.

While the TipTop Fashion strives to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the outer packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, do verify the items and quantity with the invoice. In case of any discrepancy, please refuse to take delivery of the package, or accept delivery only after adding a suitable remark on the delivery sheet and raise a complaint with us immediately on our customer care number at +919832283433 (10:00 AM to 06:00 PM/7 days a week), or write an e-mail to care@tiptopfashion.in mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice of the TipTop Fashion. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may call our customer care number at +919832283433 (10:00 AM to 06:00 PM/7 days a week), or write an e-mail to care@tiptopfashion.in mentioning your order reference number.

What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered within 2 days in Hooghly, out of Hooghly within 2 to 3 days in West Bengal & 5 to 7 days in other parts of India from the order date. If the item is orderable but currently not in stock, it will be delivered in one week from the order date. The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the product page itself. Please select the required size, color, and the current delivery estimate will be shown under the availability message.

How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, service tax etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable GST.

Does TipTop Fashion deliver internationally?
Unfortunately, TipTop Fashion does not ship outside of India at the moment.

How do I track my shipment?
TipTop Fashion uses only reputed couriers. As soon as we ship a product, we notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email & sms. This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
